Arusha National Park is one of Tanzania's most underrated gems — a compact but incredibly diverse park just 30 minutes from Arusha city. It encompasses the dramatic Ngurdoto Crater, the shimmering Momella Lakes, and the slopes of Mount Meru.

Famous for its black and white colobus monkeys swinging through the forest canopy, the park also hosts giraffes, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, and over 400 bird species. Canoe safaris on the crater lakes and walking safaris with an armed ranger make this a uniquely immersive experience.
